Create a Staff User

Create an internal staff account with the right access groups.

Use staff for internal employees. The only special setup is access groups.

Access Groups

Access ManagerStaff accounts and access assignment.

Steps

  1. Choose role: staff.
  2. Enter name and email.
  3. Set or send password instructions.
  4. Add contact phone if useful.
  5. Select access groups for the staff member's real work.
  6. Create the account.
  7. Confirm the expected internal pages and actions appear.

Check Before Leaving

  • User appears as staff.
  • Internal workspace opens.
  • Expected sidebar areas are visible.
  • Unrelated areas are hidden.
  • One important action in the assigned area works.

Common Mistakes
