Create an Agent User

Create an agent account with the right consultant link and commission setup.

Use agent for a person or organization that brings students. Agent setup affects attribution and commission tracking.

Workflow

Agent creation creates the relationship record. Commission tracking starts later, after approved attribution and course-fee payments.

  • The consultant link shows who owns the agent relationship.
  • Approval means the agent can be treated as active.
  • Corporate agents may have a negotiated commission rate.

  2. Enter name and email.
  3. Set or send password instructions.
  4. Choose agent type.
  5. Link the consultant, if known.
  6. Decide whether to approve now or leave pending.
  7. Add negotiated commission percentage only when there is an approved agreement.
  8. Create the account.
