Workspaces
Understand what each workspace is for.
A workspace is the main area a user enters after signing in.
Each role has a workspace. Some workspaces show different pages depending on the user's access.
Internal Workspace
Used by: Admin and Staff
The internal workspace is for institution operations.
Common work includes:
- users and students
- academic setup
- sessions and enrollment
- attendance
- finance
- admissions
- commissions
- landing leads and content
Consultant Workspace
Used by: Consultant
The consultant workspace is for student acquisition and follow-up.
Common work includes:
- local students
- agents
- offer letters
- programs and sessions
- commissions
Agent Workspace
Used by: Agent
The agent workspace is for attributed students and commission visibility.
Common work includes:
- creating or following students
- reviewing commission information
Teacher Workspace
Used by: Teacher
The teacher workspace is for teaching work.
Common work includes:
- assignments
- gradebook
- results
- placement information
Student Workspace
Used by: Student
The student workspace is for student-facing learning activity.
Students may not enter it immediately. Some students must complete registration, placement, enrollment, or an international case first.
Parent Workspace
Used by: Parent
The parent workspace shows information for linked students.
Support Workspace
Used by: Support
The support workspace is for user conversations and support follow-up.
If A User Cannot See Something
Check:
- Is the user in the correct workspace?
- Is the user account ready?
- Does the user have access to that page or action?
- Is the record connected to that user?
