Fee Definitions

A fee definition is a reusable price. Staff use it later to create a charge for one student.

Fee Scope

Discount Definitions

A discount definition is an approved percentage discount. Staff can apply it while creating a charge.

Discounts affect new charges created with that discount. They do not rewrite old charges.

Check Before Leaving

  • Registration fee exists and is active, if used.
  • Course or session fees exist for live courses.
  • Amounts and dates are correct.
  • Discount scope matches the real policy.
  • Old prices or discounts are inactive when staff should stop using them.
